All orders take 3-5 business days to ship from the store.

Express Shipping only affects the shipping timeframe (1-2 business days) and is in addition to the processing time. If you need your order quicker, please email [email protected] and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout. If you don't see an option that suits you, send us an email at [email protected] and we will give you a quote for even speedier shipping.

When choosing a shipping option, please keep in mind processing times (24-48 hours) in addition to the shipping speed.

Made-to-Order items are eligible for exchange only within 30 days of delivery.

For fastest resolution, please be sure to include your order number, item you're wanting to exchange, and what size you'd like to exchange for.

Once your return is delivered, it will be processed within 14 business days from receiving the returned item.

You will receive a notification via email when your return has been processed.

For Missing, Delayed, Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:

WRAY is not responsible for packages that are delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. Once the package has been scanned, responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier. All shipments include a standard amount of insurance (usually $100).
If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If it has been longer than 30 days since your order was delivered or if your item does not meet our return requirements, please understand that we can not accept your return.

We are unable to accommodate any stylist and/or press pulls at this time.

Each of our pieces has its own sizing chart that we recommend referencing when choosing your size.

We are not able to offer price adjustments on items once purchased.
